I tried a different shake this morning!
Green Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup grapes
- 1 kiwi
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1/2 of an avocado
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 cup kale (might want to remove stems)
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cup of chilled green tea, unsweetened
- ice if wanted
Directions:
Add all the ingredients in blender, blend until smooth. Add ice if desired, and blend to perfect consistency for you!
432 calories if you drink all of it.
