Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabob


Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup ranch dressing
3 Tbl. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbl. minced rosemary
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground blk. pepper or to taste
1 Tbl. sugar
1 lb. of chicken tenders or breast

Directions

In a medium bowl, stir together olive oil, ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, salt, lemon juice, white vinegar, pepper and sugar. Place into a large plastic storage bag.

Cut up chicken in to 2 inch pieces and put into bag with marinade.

Chill for 2 hours or overnight.

Thread chicken onto skewers.

Grill chicken for 8-12 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

Serve with fresh grilled veggies
